Refund &
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable items include those that are personalised with names, dates, messages, or unique modifications, and cannot be refunded once the creation process has started.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted as the creation process has begun. For valid cancellations, a store credit will be issued.
Errors, Defects, & Customer Responsibilities
In the event of a product defect or an error on our part, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Customer-provided errors, such as incorrect personalisations, are not covered by this policy. Please double-check your information before placing an order.
Shipping
Policies
Clients are responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio, and we ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage.
Contact us immediately if items arrive damaged, and include photos of the item and packaging.
Return
Shipping
If a return or replacement is authorised due to an error or defect on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other cases, such as customer errors or change of mind (where applicable), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Placement & Turnaround Time
Orders can be placed online or in person at markets and events, with a standard turnaround time of 1-4 weeks depending on customisation and availability.
